Union Burger Bar

After much anticipation, this Memorial Day Weekend, I had the opportunity to dine at Union Burger Bar in Southampton, NY. Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the space’s warm and hospitable feel, hosting customers of all ages seeking good traditional American cuisine. I ended up getting the Health Nut Salad with shrimp (Arguably a sin at a restaurant notorious for their burgers), and I was extremely impressed. The service was fast, the shrimp was fresh, and amid the Memorial Day bustle, I still found the staff extremely accommodating and attentive. The menu offered a range of specialty burgers, sandwiches, sides, and appetizers to pair with hearty milkshakes or alcoholic beverages. The restaurant was relatively full, with clientele sitting at the bar, indoor seating, and outdoor tables. All sitting areas comply with COVID protocol, as servers wore masks and plastic dividers separated tables capable of hosting bigger parties or more intimate gatherings. By the end, I didn’t feel rushed to leave. When I got my bill, I was pleasantly surprised at how affordable the dinner was, considering the generous portion and the price of comparable restaurants. Given the quality of food and service, I would highly recommend Union Burger Bar and am inclined to believe other establishments owned by the same owners (Union Sushi and Steakhouse and Southampton Social Club) would offer a similarly enjoyable experience. Whether you’re a seasoned local or a weekend traveler, this place is one to check off of your foodie bucket list this summer

Ordered the kids chicken fingers, beyond burger, and coop Chicken sandwich. All of which were very good. Always happy to find a place with vegan options. The chicken sandwich had a spicy mayo on it with a bit of zing. Chicken was of high quality. Our server was also incredibly nice and always around if we needed something.

Union Burger Bar offers a delightful dining experience with a fantastic ambiance and delicious food. From mouthwatering burgers to delectable sushi rolls like tuna, every dish we tried was exceptional. It's definitely a great spot for anyone looking for both great food and a great atmosphere.

Best burgers in the Hamptons — hands down! Union Burger Bar nails it every time. The burgers are juicy, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor — you can tell they use top-quality ingredients. The brioche buns are just the right amount of soft and toasty, and the fries are next-level crispy. The vibe is relaxed and fun, making it a great spot whether you’re grabbing a casual lunch. Plus, the service is always friendly and fast. If you’re in Southampton and craving a burger, UBB is a must!

Union Cantina restaurant is a great choice to dine in the Southampton, NY. When my friends and I arrived to the restaurant, the friendly hostess invited us to the table. It's a very pleasant restaurant with Mexican food. Overall place is cozy and authentic. As a starter we ordered Grilled Asparagus and Yucca Fries. I ordered Skirt Steak Taco and it was very good and tasty. It had a perfect meat sauce. The dish comes with two tacos and ingredients are fresh and very well combined. I strongly recommend to visit Union Cantina restaurant to try delicious Mexican food.

Great nachos and Wednesday night is trivia! So much fun, get crowded but the host Kevin is fantastic! Also, the brussels are to die for

I’m literally sitting in the Union Public House eating the Union Burgher. Truly I have never tasted a burgher. The meat in itself is magnificent. It melts in your mouth. And the dressing of the burgher is very inspired. Make sure you get here to try it.

The Guinness perfect pour clover was the first indicator this would be an awesome experience. Nachos and pretzel were probably the best we've ever had. The burgers were huge and delicious. Shake with cotton candy, giant lollipop and frosting sprinkled rim glass was fantastic. It was a smart idea that my daughter ordered that first or she would have not had room for it!
